Monday, September 21, 2015. Aunt Karen says I need to update the blog. So here you go Aunt Karen, this is for you! Sorry it took a month, but better late than never. Our day trip to Lagoon was lots of fun. I wish I would have taken more pictures though. We missed the exit on our way there, like we do every year. The weather was nice, not to hot or cold. It was crowded but not so much that we had to wait forever in the lines. Jack entertaining us on the ride there.

Crap! I just smashed my crockpot. Damn, I had a frozen pork roast slip out of my hands into the crockpot so hard that it smashed right through. Now my pot is in a hundred little pieces. At least until I can find a replacement pot. Milk in the crockpot? What is the deal with milk and cream in the crockpot? .
Come home to a beautiful meal. This past week - I have had a renewed interest in the crockpot and knitting. Probably due to starting a declutter exercise at home and finding things you had forgotten about that were tucked away, throughout the house. And, they are all yeast free.
